The current openssl release does not support all the functionality
needed for EAP-FAST and as such, it requires a patch for this. The
patch file (openssl-tls-extensions.patch) included in wpa_supplicant
releases has proof-of-concept type of example on how this could be done.
If you want to build EAP-FAST support, you will need to apply this patch
to openssl.
