roaming ap?

hi,
 i have a doubt. at the time of roaming the old ap sends some context to new
ap (move response- 802.11f). what is the context need to transfer from the
old ap to new ap?
is there any need to send sib (station transmit frame count ,error frames
etc) infoamtation to new ap?
