different between BSD madwifi and HEAD madwifi

Dear all:

After I buy D-link G520 (for Fedora2 linux-2.6.5-1.358 act AP) and
D-link G650 (XP with SP1a act client), and installed HostAPd-0.3.7,
HEAD madwifi, freeRadius-1.0.2, my G650 discovered that there are AP
G520 in my room, but it alway bypass any authentication and connected
to AP (XP tell me it connected, but I can not ping each other),
HostapD output log can found below.

After I using BSD madwifi, the result is completely opposite(hostapd
is re-compile with BSD madwifi header), XP still discover AP, but it
can not login anymore, and hostapd output nothing, only silent and
waiting.
