Association of wpa_supplicant with Proxim Access Point

Hi,
       I am trying to associate wpa_supplicant with Proxim Access Point with WPA-PSK mode. But i can see the TKIP MIC verification failure very frequently. Because of this TKIP countermeasures are enable and the throughput is compromised. I am wondering why this strange behaviour is happening only with Proxim Access Point , but the same scenario works well with Cisco Access point. I have attached the Trace log along with this mail for your reference. Do i need to make some specific settings for Proxim AP ? Can any one guide me in this regard.
