deutsche telekom and its subsidaries is known to me to set up "own"
proprietary obscure modifications of standards for "security" reasons.

surely, they want only their own wlan/mobile software to be used.

i assume theres surely something like a wpa/rsn ie, but not standard,
requiring special detection and handling.

could you pls increase debug level or modify wpa_supplicant to read
"anything" and post the (ie) dump?
