hostapd possible bug

Hi all,
By running hostapd for authentication 802.1x and making ethereal to capture the packets , we discovered that the last packet that should come from the Radius server saying:

Radius-Access-Accept ---> EAP -Success , this packet we don't see in ethereal.
 Does anyone know or aware of any coding issues with hostapd.
