A bit of help with hostap?

Ok sorry rushed post, i have found out the problem.. it seems that the 
patches that come with hostap do not work with kernel 2.4.27 (which is a 
problem with me, it seems the last hunk fails) and thats probably why it 
doesnt work, as such , does anyone know where i can find hostap patches 
for linux kernel 2.4.27? thanks.
