some questions

Hi,

I asked this before, but could not get an answer, so now i am more to
the point.

1.Is there any difference (with respect to 802.11 management and
  11f/IAPP) when using the card in Master mode using, user space daemon
  hostapd(iwpriv wlan0 hostapd 1)  or kernel driver  (iwconfig wlan0
  mode master)

2. Does HostAPd daemon or kernel HostAP(master-mode) driver implements
   proactive caching(neigbhour graphs) defined in 802.1f/IAPP?
