Strange WPA IEs

Hi,

I have a Cisco 1100 Access point.
In addition of WPA IE describing encryption capability, there's
another IE:
IE WPA: 00 40 96 04 00 13 06 A5 00 00 22 A3 00 00 41 54 00 00 61 43 00 00
(00 is first information byte, WPA IE and length are skipped).
This SSID is configured in WPA with EAP authentication.

A similar IE is available for another SSID, configured to WEP with
EAP:
IE WPA: 00 40 96 04 00 11 06 A5 00 00 22 A3 00 00 41 54 00 00 61 43 00 00

Do you know what mean these informations ?
