EAP-TTLS supports four inner methods without additional EAP
encapsulation (PAP, CHAP, MSCHAP, MSCHAPV2). These are configured with
phase2="auth=<method>" whereas the inner methods that use EAP
encapsulation are configured with autheap in case of EAP-TTLS.
