802.11d support for hostap-driver?

I have a Prism2 card with 802.11d support, and I am planning on using 
this card in Europe.  With Windows, I can configure the driver to enable 
802.11d support, and select channels 12 and 13.  Is it possible to do 
the same with HostAP?
