Do you mean how to configure this for wpa_supplicant or how EAP-TLS
works? For first one, there are examples in wpa_supplicant.conf; for
second one, there is nothing special in wpa_supplicant implementation
and EAP-TLS works by doing TLS handshake on top of EAP packets.
