If your kernel is 2.6.5-1.358, just do:

1. untar the hostap-driver-0.2.4.tar.gz package
2. cd to the hostap-driver-0.2.4/ directory
3. run make: make KERNEL_PATH=/lib/modules/2.6.5-1.358/build
