xsupplicant and rsn preauthentication

PMKSA caching could at least be made to work relativily easily. I have
not tested this, but I would assume the current version of
wpa_supplicant might not add PMKSA cache entry based on the PMK from
xsupplicant.

RSN pre-authentication would require number of changes to both
xsupplicant and wpa_supplicant. In other words, you are more likely to
get this working by using the integrated EAP methods in wpa_supplicant.

PS.

In order to be able to improve wpa_supplicant, it would be interesting
to learn why you would like to use xsupplicant for the EAP
authentication instead of using the intergrated code in wpa_supplicant.
