wpa_supplicant pkg-config patch

Hi Jouni,
I've written a patch for the Makefile of wpa_supplicant-0.2.5 to use
pkg-config to determine the LIBS and CFLAGS to use for pcsc-lite and
OpenSSL.
The dnet library still doesn't come with a libdnet.pc file for
pkg-config, but it has a legacy dnet-config utility which works the
same. The pcap library doesn't provide either and is therefore still
hard-coded in the Makefile.
I have removed the commented lines for setting CFLAGS and LIBS for
unusual installation paths of OpenSSL since this can now be handled
globally by setting the environment variable PKG_CONFIG_PATH to the path
of the .pc file(s).
The need for the patch rose when attempting to build against
>=pcsc-lite-1.2.9-beta3, since the default location of the header files
changed from /usr/include to /usr/include/PSCS.
Sincerely,
Brix
