prism2_srec and HWB3163 Rev B, Samsung PC Card Rev. B

Hello!

I've got some Senao SL-2011CD card, and HostAP driver loads fine.

However, I am confused with firwmare versions/revisions.

I have managed to flash STA firmware to version 1.4.9. But primary
firmware is 0.3.0, which seems old, since other cards I've had used 1.0.0
or newer. I wanted to try to update primary firmware file, but I am not
sure which one I need.

hostap driver loads ok:

This is what hostap_diag shows:

I've taken various primary fw files (from
www.red-bean.com/proski/~firmware/), and tried prism2_srec with most of
them.

The only one which didn't report error ("Incompatible update data") was
p10003c0.hex.

However, it seems to be 0.3.0, which I already have.

Is it possible to somehow update primary firwmare to newer version, since
none of the other files would be accepted by prism2_srec?

How much does primary firmware version matter for the functionality of the
Prism 2.5 card?
