intel ipw2100 in AP mode

Hi!
Has anyone tested if the intel ipw2100 can be used in AP mode, as in 
host ap?

I have the miniPCI version of this card, and am using it on an Intel IXP 
425 board (big endian).


Any pointers regarding this will help me!
