I keep getting failed to initialize EAPOL State Machines


My config:

ctrl_interface=/var/run/wpa_supplicant
eapol_version=1
network={
	ssid="mywlan"
	proto=WPA
	key_mgmt=WPA-PSK
	pairwise=CCMP TKIP
	group=CCMP TKIP
	
psk=0123456789abcdef0123456789abcdef0123456789abcdef0123456789abcdef
}


I've tried Mandrake 9.1, 10.0 and Fedora Core 1 and 2.  Not sure what to
do...  There not much documentation out there.

Any suggestion to get me going?
