What kind of client card and Supplicant were you using? FreeRADIUS does
not seem to like one of the TLS ACKs:

If the Supplicant you used was wpa_supplicant, I'm certainly interested
in getting more details. If it was something else, you might get better
response from another mailing list since this seems to be a problem
between Supplicant and AuthSrv. Anyway, it would be useful to get a
sniffer log of the packets either from air between the Supplicant and
Authenticator or from Authenticator<->AuthSrv.
