Flashing DWL-650 problem

hi...I have a DWL-650 WIFI card. I accidentally installed the firmware for my card and it stopped working. I'm running in WinXP Pro.

is there anyway that I can flush the firmware from the WIFI card and restore it back to the factory settings.

I tried to un-install/re-install the driver but could not get the card working.
