iwconfig eth0 ap

Reading the man page of iwconfig, it says you can force a client to only
associate to a given ap, ie. iwconfig eth0 ap 00:60:1D:01:23:45, but,
"When the quality of the connection goes too low, the driver may revert
back to automatic mode (the card finds the best Access Point in range)."

How does HostAP handle this, and if it does behave that way, is there a
way to force it not to return to automatic mode? The reasoning is for
sites with dual interfaces with the same SSID, one in Master and one in
Managed, so that they won't end up connecting to themselves. (Yes I know
we could just create unique SSID's on each link, but that's not ideal)
