Hostapd with modular driver and wired authenticator

Hello

At the moment im writing on a wired authenticator based on hostap. Most
of the function i used from hostapd (802.1x, radius client). Only for
network related things like detecting stations, receiving/sending
802.1x packets i made a new driver for wired connections. For port
enable/disable i use iptables. For accounting i plan to use iptables
too.

Hostapd works for hostap wireless driver and wired driver at the same
time. I added a entry in configuration that says which driver it should
use. For wired driver all wired specific configurations will be
ignored. 

At the moment this is only a proof of concept that hostapd can be used
for other drivers. Its much to do to have a clear interface between
hostapd and a driver.
