Hostapd on multiple wireless interface

Hi,

I am running hostap on two wireless interfaces (wlan0,
wlan1) in master mode and those interfaces are each 
connected with a 180 directional antenna.

I am willing to run hostapd for radius mac
authentication. But in hostapd.conf file I see a line:

interface=wlan0

How can I specify the interface such that both of my
interfaces are covered by hostapd?

I have tried interface=wlan0,wlan1 which did not work.
