Are there changelogs for Prism firmware releases?

I did not, finger trouble.  I have 1.4.9.  I also have 1.2.0 and a 1.3.?,
but most are 1.4.9.  My question was to which of the later releases to
move to, and if any of them were supposed to fix the particular
problems that I am having.
