Txpower set error on SENAO NL-2511 CD plus EXT2

Hi!

I have problem with setting txpower :

iwconfig wlan1 txpower 20
Error for wireless request "Set Tx Power" (8B26) :
    SET failed on device wlan1 ; Operation not supported.

why is that ?

I'm running hostap driver v 0.2.1 on senao NL-2511CD PLUS EXT2
fw v 1.8.0

Maybe this error is becouse in hostap_cs.conf is only senao SL-2011CD/sl-2011CD PLUS ?

Can any one help me with that problem ?
