IDE-PCI: not in 100% native mode assign IRQ'S Later

Hi Everyone, one more irq problem, these days irq's are surrounding me with
all guns aimed at me:-)

Well i would like to know more about them and how linux assigns irq.Any good
Text??

Well here is my issue: One of the DELL computer , I have 'cardbus bridge'
from PCI-to PCMCIA., FYI this bridge is working just fine on one another
system not this one.

I am not starting the 'starting pcmcia' service while system is booting as
there are some irq issues and i cud not able to login. So i moved the
/etc/init.d/pcmcia to /pcmcia.
When i do 'modprobe pcmcia_core', <==system is fine, good
modprobe i82365 <== makes it panic all i can do is restart the system.
(Well the reason i am doing i82365 is that the Cardbus bridge is Ricoh
Chipset based and it is being supported by i82365 module)

I am attaching ;lspci, dmesg and clipped startup from /var/log/message just
to give an idea to what we are dealing with.

Well i also tried to append "pci=biosirq" but when i do that system do not
start and prints that no 'init' scripts found .

I believe it is again an issue of an irq, what do you think?

I will appreciate some help.
