Could you please first try getting as simple configuration as possible
by removing WEP encryption, rts configuration, txqueuelen (btw, that
50000 is insanely large value), alc/txpower setting? I would also
prefer if you could try to test this with the latest 0.2.x version.

Again, I would recommend first starting without any special
configuration, i.e., with kernel defaults.
