# iwconfig wlan0 rate auto
$ iwconfig

The link will stay at 11M for a few seconds, then drop back down to 2
megabit. I did this sitting 10 feet from the AP ( AP is a linksys with
6.5db diversity ant. )
wlan0: trying to read PDA from 0x007f0000: OK
wlan0: NIC: id=0x800c v1.0.0
wlan0: PRI: id=0x15 v1.1.1
wlan0: STA: id=0x1f v1.8.0
The card is an EnGenius pcmcia 200mWh card. The ant. is the litle 2.0db
clip-on's ( both ports have the clip-on ant. )
Any suggestions?
