Channel 14 in WL-360F

Hi,

I am using a WL-360F card which will be used in Japan
and I am trying to operate the card in channel 14
using hostap.

This card supports channel 14. In card's specification
it says - ("2.400 ~ 2.4835 GHz ( subject to local
regulations)")

Hostap also should support channel 14, I have found in
source.

Evenif channel 13 works fine for me but when I try
channel 14, I get the following error.

[root at mars modules]# iwconfig wlan0 channel 14
Error for wireless request "Set Frequency" (8B04) :
    SET failed on device wlan0 ; Invalid argument.
