D-Link 650 firmwire request

I ve downloaded the firmware, but it still doesn't want to work.

CardCtl says about my card:

Probably I have bad firmwires. Could anybody send me 2 working firmwire?

I load the firmwires ( I guess someone of the firmwires are bad )
