Problem with hostapd..

Hi

i've problem with hostapd, while is restarted i get that message :

[...]
Flushing old station entries
Deauthenticate all stations
bind(PF_UNIX): Address already in use
Failed to setup control interface
ioctl[PRISM2_IOCTL_PRISM2_PARAM]: Invalid argument
Could not disable PrivacyInvoked for interface wlan1
ioctl[PRISM2_IOCTL_HOSTAPD]: Connection timed out
Could not remove generic information element from interface wlan1

and hostapd isn't started ... is it a bug or something?
i checked that /var/run/hostapd isn't empty after restart.

env:

Slackware 9.1
kernel 2.4.26
hostap 3.0
hostapd 3.1
