hostapd help

hi there!
as for magic, from time by time hostap works! Then my conflict between the
drivers rises again!
Anyway, I want to use the hostapd daemon, I read the README but there's
no big help. Is there an howto or a list of the commands provided by the
daemon? 
What I want to do is (if possible) to access to a list of all the cliente
connected to my AP and act on them, i.e. decide to increase the band given
to this host or give less to another or kick someone, but just for testing
experiments! :))
How can I do it?
