ap session id unset for driver madwifi and wired

Hello Jouni,

I have seen your new function accounting_sta_get_id() and saw that this
function is only used in ieee802_11.c. What about drivers with own
ieee802.11 (madwifi) or no ieee802.11 handling (wired). At the moment
this stations didn't get any id! A call to this function in
hostapd_new_assoc_sta() would solve this problem.
