What causes this??

I got a bunch of these in syslog earlier.   and all clients were
disassociated.  I killed hostapd and nothing associated... restarted hostapd
and all re-associated and began working correctly...

This AP is pci card without firmware, i flash it to 1.5.6.  and is the 0.2.4
driver.
