hostap woes...

Hi folks,

I've been playing with hostap for a few days know and although I learned
a lot, I haven't been able to get things running. The card is a Netgear
MA311 pci and it runs fine as supplicant to a Linksys WRT54g with 104
WEP keys.

The ultimate goal is to have the card running with hostap as AP and one
ore more Linksys as supplicants. I configured hostap for what I think is
WPA-PSK:

The Linksys has for WPA-PSK two settings (TKIP, AES) which I think refer
to TKIP/CCMP respectively. Unfortunately the connection fails:

As a sidenote. I haven't had much knowledge about all the gory details 
about WEP, WEP+dynamic keys, WPA-PSK, WPA-EAP, WDS etc... so I'd love to 
have a few sample configs tailored for specific scenarios for 
educational purposes ;)
