wpa_supplicant: problem with WEP / shared key auth

I've discovered that wpa_supplicant always sets AUTH_ALG_OPEN_SYSTEM so
WEP authentication with APs requiring SHARED KEY authentication is
impossible. 

Tested with:
	Linksys WRT5g, 
	wpa_supplicant 0.2.4, 
	hostap_driver 0.2.4 
	ipw2100 driver for 0.2.4
	(patch is s still sitting in list's moderation queue :-)).

IMHO there should be configuration directive which enables SHARED_KEY
authentication for particular network block. Should I send patch ?
