wpa_supplicant supports EAP-MSCHAPv2 in authentication, but it does not
support key generation from EAP-MSCHAPv2. In other words, EAP-MSCHAPv2
can be used as an inner authentication method with EAP-PEAP and
EAP-TTLS.
