Hi,

Looks to me that you have a interrupt problem at another level than your card is 
operating. Try pci=biosirq or pci=noacpi as kernel parameter to see if that's 
the case. Or if you already use biosirq try using your acpi (irq routing) by 
enabling that in the kernel.
