iwconfig: Invalid misc

Hi all, what is Invalid misc for, and why I have soo mutch ????

 ... even if U put those two AP close (on 1m distance) we will still have
invalid misc ????

(dhis is link width 4km distance, directiona antennas panel *16dB to
can-horn *10dB , firm 1.7.4, gemtek PCI 50mW, on
both-sides hostap???)

I have no tx retries !!!!
