[PATCH] hostapd 0.1.3: explain reason_code

This patch makes hostapd explain disassoc/deauth reason codes.
It's so unconvenient to look them up in some .pdf buried
in my filesystem...

Compile and run tested, although as soon as I made this patch,
I promptly stopped having problems with hostapd and
consequently did not actually see this patch in action :)

Shorten reason_str[] texts as necessary.
