Hostapd - MD5 with WEP

EAP-MD5 cannot be used for WEP rekeying, so it will not work when
hostapd is configured with wep_key_len_broadcast and/or
wep_key_len_unicast. Setting up keys manually in both the AP and clients
might work, but I have not tested this kind of settings and do not
consider them supported at the moment.
