PLEASE: can somebody help me??

helo guys,
im trying to create an rpm version of the hostap
driver on my redhat9. the driver's version is
hostap-0.0.3.tar.gz, im an rpm beginner and i don't
know i can find help or assistance with this. please
if somebody and someone can assist me, or suggest any
mailing list or resources i would gladly appreaciate
it.
