per packet retry limit in hfa384x_tx_frame

Hello,
is there any firmware version out there able to use different retry limits
per packet, by specifying it in the field retry_count of struct
hfa384x_tx_frame?
I tried to change it to use different values for UDP and TCP packets, but I
saw in the statistics that the card wasn't using the specified value.
