HELP: SET-UP OF WDS in HOSTAP

hi,

here is my set up for two access points (using the
hostap driver version 0.0.3).  my objective is that
the two access point should see each other. i wanted
to test it into multiple access points but i decided
that i should start with the basic two. here's the
setup of my system

eht0----( AP-1 )---> wireless
		        |
                        |   
		     wireless <--- (AP-2) ---- eth0

both access points (pc based) are using the driver
hostap-0.0.3 and using Zcomax cards.  Here's the
configuration of each access point.

AP-1
IPaddr: 192.168.41.45
HWaddr: 00:60:B3:76:9E:8A
Mode:    Master
Channel: 03

AP-2
IPaddr: 192.168.41.252
HWaddr:  00:60:B3:7A:1B:45
Mode: Master
Channel: 03

i'm really really in a desperate status, i dont know
where to start. i wanted the two access point to
communicate. i hope there's someone who can assisst me
with this set up. 

i tried reading the README, but nothing happens. i'm a
newbie in the wds environment. so please guys. do help
me.
