Monitor mode problem..

Dear all..

I have very intersting test using hostap...
I use latest hostap driver .. and my test configuration is bellow


#1 hostap (AP mode)     turn on 

#2 hostap (Monitor mode) turn on and then #2 associate with #1 hostap automatically.

#3 turn off #1 hostap(AP Mode)

#4 hostap (AP Mode, different with #1 hostap) turn on, but same ssid with #1 hostap

#5 hostap (Managed mode) then assocate with #2 hostap automatically

but, the managed mode hostap does not talk with #2 AP, and always... packet loss at the first ping try to new AP.

The important thing is .. why the first packet always loss ? 

Please, give your advice..
