Mandrake 9.2

We wish to know anyone that has any luck with the following config:
Mandrake 9.2
SMC 2802 W
Hostap 0.0.4 (compile into Mandrake 9.2 in
/lib/modules/2.4.22-10mdk-kernel/3rdparty/hostap/hostap* )

... when we issue the command:
[root at dhcp09 root]# modprobe hostap_pci

... the result was:
/lib/modules/2.4.22-10mdk/kernel/3rdparty/hostap/hostap_pci.o.gz:
init_module: No such device

... the syslog said:

... running "lspic -v" gives the following SMC card status:

Did we missed anything? and anyone has any luck with the above setup?
