problem with 2.4.23-pre8 kernel

greeting
i used 2.4.23-pre6 kernel and everything was quite Ok
then i upgraded to pre8 , i recompiled wireless tools, Hostap,
Both have WE16
with kernel pre8,pre7 , im getting sometime sutch messages

00:02:72:27:68 is device in bridge mode connected to Hostap wlan3wdsx device
there are 2 wds interface on wlan3 ... and sometime happen, that both of
them get lost and i have restart wlan3 ( resetup iwparam as well)
it happen once in 36 hours or so
with kernel 2.4.23-pre6 it working nice, w/o problem
and i found this in pre9 changelog
