Xsupplicant installation

hello  everybody,
       I am trying to install xsupplicant on red hat linux with kernel version
2.4.20.I have downloaded the current xsupplicant cvs from
www.missl.cs.umd.edu/wireless/eaptls/ site
         Wnen I gave'make' command, it is sgowing error

         What should be error?
can anybody knows the mailing list of xsupplicant ?
