problems with EN2511CD / NL2511CD

i have this problem only on connections where Linksys (wmp11 in my case) is client or accesspoint ... 
on links, where i have Xi626 to Xi626 i have no problem and drivers working fine.... 
it could be due to linksys`s FW, whitch is 1.4.9
anyway problem is on access point`s side  no matter whitch one of them is AP

any confirmation about this will be appriciated(or how the hell write this word)
