How can i change Contention Window?

I'm working on hostap to implement QoS policy and I need to change the
contention window. It would be useful even change it at start time and not at
run time. If anybody has any idea about this, please let me know.

I've seen that a similar question has already been posted, but I really need
some help about this... thank you.
